Asus Laptop problem fixed

Dave, A couple Months ago we got together on skype beacuse i was having a problem with Kjams on my friends PC (ASUS) If you remember Kjams was freezing up, lagging graphics on the screen, and audio dropping out after ten seconds, inspite of other programs like skype and itunes working perfectly. I just wanted to update you on the resolution. You assured me Kjams was not the problem and reccomended bringing the laptop in to the manufacturer and having them fix it(still under warranty). Well, we did just that and sure enough, Kjams now works perfectly! There was a faulty sound card on the laptop. Not sure what else they fixed, i think they restored the machine. The try out works great and he will be once again purchasing Pro. Thanks for your help and time helping me figure this out! He is a happy camper now!
