Lyrics Decsync

Just talk about kJams stuff with each other, describe things you did that worked, talk about your setup, anything that doesn't fit into the other forums!

Sure, sure, just don't want him interrupting his show if he doesn't need to!
Wondering, might this relate to the extra debugging code thrown in to catch the *other bug?

37 singers last night, and it was fine...didn't desync at all!
Thanks!

I'm a home user so no interruption. I don't have a large rotation either so don't think that is a factor. I thought it was unrelated to kjams and caused by my computer resources, which is why I Didn't report it. Good to know the scrubber trick but I'll try sync slip next time.

the thing i need most of all is a method to reproduce the problem. if i can't see it, i can't fix it.

Sorry, Dave, didn't happen last night. But I DID crash three times, so you have some more crash data.
I will check again tonight.

Ok, so i know you need to know how to reproduce this. I can't figure it out. I can tell you it happened to me, i double clicked the song and the sync was off. I was able to correct it using Controls/sync slipping/ song slip back about 10 times until it was in sync.
As far as reproducing it??? I'll keep trying.

After i adjusted song slip, i did set them back to zero, it then became un-synced again.

Hi all,

I too have a desync bug. Every time I start kJams my lyrics are 1-2 seconds ahead of my music. Global sync is set to 0, I never changed anything here. When I then press REWIND and start from the beginning of the song it is ok. It lasts for a few songs, but as soon as I scroll through my library for a couple of minutes it seems to desync again. REWIND fixes it immediately.

Many greetings,
Oliver
