Always On Top

Just talk about kJams stuff with each other, describe things you did that worked, talk about your setup, anything that doesn't fit into the other forums!

Maybe he gave up looking for the new commands, as they are located one menu to the left...
dave wrote:okay steve, i've implemented what I think you wanted.

New under the window menu->always on top and ->hide on pause.

When I first converted to laptop karaoke I was new to apple as well as kjams so the whole thing has been, and still is a sharp learning curve.
I read a lot of the forum and most of it went over my head but a lot of the subjects stayed there (in my head that is), so, when I got myself a video program to transfer video to itunes I began to realise that I needed to look at "always on top", I'm I glad I did, this is fantastic, I cannot believe how good and easy it is. Now it is set up I click play on the remote and the video is replaced by the karaoke track but the music carries on, when the music from the karaoke is about to start or has started I hit the space bar (thanks ChurchCat) and the video music stops and on we go with the show, At the end of the karaoke track I click the remote and hit the space bar, and on we go with the video. Absolutely *@(~3#$ fantastic.
