ijams won't connect with venues

Everything installed okay. Both laptop and phone connected to same home wireless network. Phone lists the venue(s) that I've created. Then error message Can Not connect to Venue. "Enable kJams Webserver" checked under server preferences. Any thoughts would be a appreciated.

double check both computer and iphone are on same network
check their IP addresses, should differ only in last digit
it's working for me
