Just curious if we could use the VLC code as a base for displaying kJams video on other smart devices.

I was hoping it would be a one day thing to write a Rotation widget, but keep running into the age old Android mdns issue. There will be a kiosk version of wtkJams for Android tablets. No need for additional software or rooting.

CWS_Path_KJ_ROTATION shows a list of all the singers in the rotation. I use this to get a list of the singers and their position in the rotation.

Still plagued with discovery (like Bonjour) related issues, so have switched gears to work on the next iOS version.

I did come up with a way of implementing discovery that would work for Android, but it does require a least one person to have discovered the venue.

Finally verified that it works and checked it in. Starting with version 1.0b12 you can now search without being logged in.

So, without logging in you can:

* Get the list of Singers
* Get the Rotation
* Search catalog (<text>, artist:<text>, song name:<text>)

I've got so many distractions these days, compounded by the fact that my internet is down until Friday (have to hotspot with my iPhone now & then).

Perhaps by Friday I'll get it checked in.
