very close

i've been working for months on the "arbitrary meta data per track", and it's very very close to reality now. once that is done, then yes each song will have it's own volume. among a bazillion other things, including "trimming" which i call "normalizing" and the ability to start and stop the song at...

I have in fact already got on my list of "to do" some very super excellent things for playlist and show managemet. I'd like to talk to you Ocheye to get a better idea of what you mean because it's not completely clear to me. I will have a "playlist bounce" feature which lets you bounce back and fort...

well, did my explanation about how to reorder songs and how to move them between playlists help?

you are correct kJams does not (yet) honor any "trimming" settings you've set in iTunes, but i'll add that as a feature request.

okaaaaaay

of course it is throwing up some queries What do you mean by that? I can't work out how to bring in either a new song into a playlist either: 1) double click the playlist to target it, then go find your songs and double click them one at a time. The songs will go into the targeted playlist or: 2) d...

okay all set

okay steve, i've implemented what I think you wanted. New under the window menu->always on top and ->hide on pause. here's what you do: drag the video window to the monitor on which you want it to play, then close it (little red box) make sure the two new options are checked in the window menu. make...

nope :(

the iPod exporter was written by apple to be sure to conform to the very stringent requirements for guaranteed playback on the iPod. There are no end-user configuration options for anything at all, including sound quality. Fortunately the sound quality is pretty good! If you're not really going to i...

that is correct

yes, you must drop the song literally ONto another song, and it will land before that song. the list manager i'm using has no notion of "in between". tho i do plan to hack it such that it does know, AND gives you a little "insert here" indicator line between the songs where it will land. so at prese...

I have tried several times to drag singers about in the list In what list, exactly? Only the "KJ Rotation" list lets you reorder the singers, the "Rotation" will show the same singer more than once (it shows all rotations until the end of the show) so it would not make complete sense to reorder usi...

okay exactly what do you mean "put a new singer on"? what exactly are you doing?

is both your "KJ Rotation" and "Rotation" sorted by "#"?
do you have "automatically mark singers here" preference turned on? do you have "automatically un-mark singers not here"?
