i'm surprised
well i'm surprised by that. very surprised. if it plays at all it should play all the way thru. now i think it possibly *is* apple's driver. it doesn't make any sense at all that you can play a bit and then it stops, unless the disc is scratched *or* apple is messing with me.

umm, i think so...
do i get to keep the [browser window] on my [main screen] and the [lyrics] on the [TV Screen] all the time yes after i start every track with out hitting any keys to swich over etc I'm not at all confident I know what you mean by that, however, i *think* the answer is "yes". do i get a small preive...

fragmentation is a concern from the past that is no longer relevant. Mac OS X does automatic de-fragmentation on the fly, you never have to worry about it again. But yes, kJams keeps the cache (scratch) on the local drive. However you should NOT make your music drive read only because what if you up...

huh
i haven't tried it like that. normally you just make a new singer and start putting stuff into their "Tonight" list. that will automatically mark them as "here" (assuming you have that preference set). but i'll put that bug on the list.

it does not matter where the app is stored.
the fact that the build in un-zipper is failing to unzip kJams itself means there is something else wrong. perhaps it is a permissions error? are you logged in as administrator or a regular user?
