Just to thow my two cents in...I have over 25,000 songs my kjams library running on a first gen intel core duo macbook w 1gb of ram. No problems with performance whatsoever. True, when search as you type feature is on, it is slower, but I have it turned off and works fine.

I don't have any songs in the 60,000 range. They end at just over 22,000 and pick up again at 70,000. So it could be. Why do you ask?

Well, as it turns out, the problem with the songs dissapearing was not entierly accurate. When the CAV songs are imported, the filename seems to be used for the track # (which is great BTW!). sorry i don't know what you mean. when you say "video rolling" do you mean you're playing an MP3+G? Or are you playing an MPEG? or playing a QuickTime Movie? Or playing directly from a CD+G disc? I have a macbook w/1gb of memory. with the video rolling, it slows the words down to the point that they don't roll across the screen with the tempo of the music. Is there any way to turn the video feature off? I do like the take photo feature itself, but just for that, taking snapshots.

What about a "Whats New" in the music store? I just noticed that tricerasoft has added a bunch of songs, but I have no way of knowing which ones have been added.

Sorry Dave, Still doing the same thing after the update. Delete file songs return on restart. Close kjams and restart, music store songs gone.
