Re: Something similar to -[space]

Just an add on comment to the previous conversation for what it's worth. When I use TunePrompter to initially start the process, I build two tracks in Garage band. The first track is a "full up" track that includes both the vocal and music plus any up front silence I may want to reserve for the KJAM...

Re: Erratic Synch Slipping

Since Dave fixed my "file export" problem, it SEEMS that the synch slip was resolved too.

My confidence is shaky on this so I will monitor my selections to confirm that synch slip does not reappear.

Re: File Export Problem

Dave,

Just wanted to express my thanks to you for taking your personal time to resolve the "file export" problem.

I don't know exactly what you did, but whatever it was, it sure fixed the problem!

Thanks again.

franks.

Erratic Synch Slipping

I seem to run into an "out of synch" problem quite often when I select a different non-sequential song from within or from a different playlist. This can be quite disconcerting and sometimes embarassing. note, I have preferences set: pause after each track stop at end of playlist video window above ...

Re: File Export Problem

Dave I've sort of given up on this problem. Since I infrequently export MP3G zip files, I've settled on using an older version R28 to perform this operation. This version exports normally and will suffice for my needs. PS Just as an added note, I've updated to version version R41 which still fails t...

Re: File Export Problem

Dave,
Sent you email around 4th or 5th via your "Help" menu item. Email contained log file of failed operation.

Haven't heard from you.. maybe email not getting through for some reason.

File export problem still persists in version R37. Meantime, I'm using old kJams version R28 as workaround.

Re: File Export Problem

Dave, Received your email. Playlist files are linked ok. Files play normally. Can export xml, csv, Cue & BIN files normally but CANNOT export audio or zip mpg files. However when I use an earlier version kJams R28, the files in the same playlist export normally as expected Ami I missing a preference...

Global Slip?

What is the function of Global Slip?

Trying to understand when and for what reasons and conditions you would want to apply "Global Slip".

Re: Song Slip Misbehavior?

Dave, It could be any song randomly selected from any playlist or library. Sometimes I can go thru a whole performance without any problem. Once it happens, the slip seems to happen on almost every song thereafter. No I cannot reproduce the slip at will. But once a song slips and I shut the computer...
