That doesn't happen to me. I did adjust my activity window a bit bigger than the default (and it remembers that size). On my Mac I can press Command-7 to open and close that window, except I always leave it open. Or I can just drag it open from the bottom of my main window. Did you try both of these...

I discovered something last night. The setting of which iPhone USB depends upon which USB plug I connect my iPhone to on the back of the iMac.

It looks like we're on the same Wi-Fi network, but we really aren't. The provider recognizes the devices and only the devices registered to my apartment can see each other. I don't think I can buy an extender that will reach from my apartment to where we do kJams. And if I did, I wouldn't want them to use my personal password.

I did get my Mac to create a Wi-Fi while my iPhone was plugged into it. My iPad tried to connect, but the connection spun.

Found out my real problem.

I live in Senior apartments with a supplied Wi-Fi. Even though the shared Wi-Fi has the same name for everybody, each apartment has devices that only connect to each other. (So we don't connect to someone else's stuff). So her device didn't see mine.

I'm assuming that "whoops" means you checked and it's broken.

In searching, I noticed the QR code, and tried using it, and it says "You need wtkJams to log in!).

But that's not available, so I guess I won't show the QR code to users!

My wife doesn't have kJams Cue on her iPhone either, so I tried experimenting. After verifying that we were on the same Wi-Fi network, I tried adding a new venue, guessing on how to fill out the Host/Server name. I can play .mp4 files that are already on my kJams. (2.1b70 (64 bit))

I tried opening a .mov that was in a .zip using Audacity. I guess I need to convert it first.

I doubt I would be competent with TunePrompter because I'm not coördinated enough to get good results with MidiCo.

I see I have songs in mp3 or a move or mp4 or cdg or m4v or MP3+G or mp3+ formats.

Can I load them into Audacity and adjust the volume and save them back, or is there some conversion I need to do before and after?
