Are there any sites where you can buy CD-G tracks to download as opposed to getting a CD burned and delivered ?

I've been trying out Kjams pro which we really like, but i've noticed a delay on mic input to output (which is down to the usb connection probably). Is it possible to create a variable delay on the audio output so music and vocals can be synchronized ?
