Re: fallback system in case of laptop failure

Thanks Dave. My intention is to get a second laptop eventually. I understand that this will require me to purchase another edition of the software. Is that correct? Andy PS Many thanks for your help recently. As you suggested, I have reviewed and restored and reloaded every track and things are runn...

fallback system in case of laptop failure

I use KJams for backing tracks as a solo singer/guitarist. Most of my tracks have been modified (start/end points, keys etc). I use a MacBook Pro but live in fear that the system may fail. I have had one or two glitches in the past but nothing that has prevented me from continuing. I have an iPad an...

Re: Is it possible to save kjams tracks into itunes

The files are going to be very large on my old iPod if I transfer them all as movies (I've done some already). I tried to burn to a dvd as an alternative but I got the message that I could only burn a maximum of two tracks. I bought the Lite version years ago in its very early stages so not sure why...

Is it possible to save kjams tracks into itunes

I use kjams for backing tracks and would like to transfer tracks into iTunes for rehearsals (like in my car). However many of my tracks have keys changed and edited start and finish times. Is this possible?

Re: All about iJams!

Many thanks Dave. Pretty much as I expected and I'm sure they will not react either as quickly or as positively as you do.

Re: All about iJams!

Hi Dave As you may recall. I use Kjams Lite very successfully for playing backing tracks when I perform as a singer/guitarist. It is also great for maintaining a large catalogue of karaoke tracks that I can call up in order to do requests that are outside my usual sets. I do have a fear though that ...

USB Foot controller

It's some time since I posed a question about foot control and I'm curious to know if anyone on the forum has actually used one of these controllers. Some have 2 pedals and others like the Savant Elite have 3. I have been using an old 12" powerbook which is my preferred choice although I now have a ...

I take it this upgrade hasn't happened yet. I still find myself hovering over the gain control to make volume adjustments on the hoof and a few tracks keep me waiting because they have a tiny noise or click on the original that effectively leaves a period of silence in advance of the start of the so...

Thanks Dave
For the time being I'm typing in the text in caps and reducing the window to show only titles. This seems to help a bit. I will have a go at the resolution too

Font Size

I'm sure I'm looking in the wrong place but I would like to increase the Font Size of playlists (Not lyrics) but don't seem to be able to do it. Could you tell me if this is possible Dave? I'm working on a 12" PowerBook but don't know if that makes a difference.
Cheers
