kJams

I have tried to update (even manually update as suggested) from 11 to 12, but it only downloads 11 again. This happened last week and again this week. What's the issue?

So, I just updated today to the newest version and now my "S" button doesn't work in the kJams search window. It works everywhere else, just not in kJams. I would really like to find out WHY, because it really hinders my ability to hunt songs for singers.
