QuickTime is supposed to "just work". If it does not there are a variety of reasons i'd have to look into.

kJams Light or Pro, with the Burning plug-in, is capable of creating a CD+G from original CD+G digital files. kJams 2 can do it as well and does not need the Burning plug-in because it is built-in. I'd only trust it if it said "CD+G" on it. In my experience, "Karaoke" doesn't mean "CD+G", when printed on a CD.
