| New Playlist | Creates a new, empty playlist |
| New Preset Playlist | Not sure what this does |
| New Singer | (kJams Pro only) Creates a new singer for venue. |
| Save Database | Only for the truly paranoid. The kJams database updates itself every few seconds, when there is no mouse or keyboard activity. If you really want to force a Save right now, use this option. |
| Add to Library | Used for indexing music on your hard drive so that it shows up in the kJams library |
| Rip Selected | Used to rip (copy) selected music from a CD |
| Export | Moves music files to another devide, such as you iPhone |
| Get Info | Shows the meta data associated with a song or songs on a CD; used when you are ripping songs |
| Get Media Info | kJams Pro Only... |
| Reveal in... | Used to locate music files that are not stored in the kJams Music file |
