How to use Rotation?

i'm not sure how to set up the rotation at all......sometime i have a singer submit more than one song and not sure how that would work into the rotation as i'd like people who haven't sung yet to have a turn before someone sings their 2nd or 3rd song if there is a crowd.....I also don't know what version of Kjams I have....help!!
