update search function

How do I turn off the "update search" function
so it doesn't look for every letter I type and only starts searching when I press enter. This function is causing the music to skip if I look up a song while a song is playing. I can't find it in Preferences. I saw it on the help menu but I can't find my way back to that page.

i think what you are REALLY saying is "there is a bug where the music skips when i do a search". right?

so: if i fix that bug, are you satisfied?
