KJams2 and Producer Plugin for Windows 7
KJams2 and Producer Plugin for Windows 7
Greetings! I would like to use a PC with Windows 7 to run KJams2 and Producer Plugin. Will the performance and capabilities be compromised in any way by not using a Mac? And, will I be able to use my External hard drive with my song library?
Re: KJams2 and Producer Plugin for Windows 7
Producer is not available for Windows, you must use a mac.
yes you can use an external HD.

Thank you very much for a quick answer. You have a really nice forum here. I feel confident in purchasing KJams now, as well as coming back with more questions in the future.

Re: KJams2 and Producer Plugin for Windows 7
Just a quick note:
if you're willing to be a bit illicit, you can install OS X on a separate partition on your drive, and do a hackintosh install on your PC. Since you can install your kJams license on 2 machines, you can then use that set up to run Producer to do your track development, or even run it in a virtual machine to allow simultaneous use of both OSes.

i think a VM is the best way since it is supported and allows simultaneous dual-boot.
