Error during save

Recently when running kJams light after every song I get the error message in my subject line. The message also says that the error occurred while trying to save 'unnamed folder'. I have no idea what this means, as there is no unnamed folder showing. But the messgae is consistent after every song.

take a screen shot of the error. is your hard drive full?

Hi Dave, thank you for the reply. I will try and get the screen shot ASAP. As for storage, no issue there. I have all my of my music on an external drive that is 1T and it's not even 10% full. My laptop still has 120GB free.

could be a permissions problem then.

when you send the screen shot (via email) also send the log file (help->send log file)
