Feel free to post bug reports here. I need exact, detailed steps showing me how I can re-create the bug on my machine, so give as much info and detail as possible.

Thanks for the help Dave, unfortunatly the problem returned.
I set the computer up where it lives and at first it showed the number of tracks that were available on the gift pack like it did when you looked at it.
The next day I was showing the KJ how to get the track from Tricersoft and when I clicked to buy I got a message saying I needed to set up one click to buy, at this point I looked in pref's and found that the track credits available were not showing, so I re-pasted the ID number into the "edit gift pack settings, the number of credits now showed, I then went on to buy a track and everything worked fine.
The next day when I went to try to buy another track I had the same problem, i.e. no credits were showing, I even tried to re-paste the ID number in but the credits still didn't show

i have a new rogue for you. get the one with the .zip extension.

it will warn you if your gift pack didn't work, and ask you to send the log file.

after you send the log file, come back here and reply on this thread, saying you sent the log file.

I looked and this is what I got (couldn't see one that has the .zip extension)
[DIR] Parent Directory -
[ ] kJams2.dmg 14-May-2015 23:27 13M
[ ] kJams2Win.exe 14-May-2015 23:27 18M
[ ] kJamsLite.dmg 14-May-2015 23:27 15M
[ ] kJamsLiteWin.exe 14-May-2015 23:27 17M
[ ] kJamsPro.dmg 14-May-2015 23:27 15M
[ ] kJamsProWin.exe 14-May-2015 23:27 17M

I downloaded the one in red and it seems to be working but I'll have to see if it fails again after I've bought a few tracks

yes on the day i said i made a zip rogue for you, it was there.
but since then i've made at least two more updates, so your changes got rolled into the dmg rogues.

keep me posted. and if something fails, then immediately send me the log file (help->send log file) then come back here and tell me there's a log file (otherwise i won't see it)

I spoke to soon. I've just turned the mac on again and I got the warning that the gift pack didn't work so I've sent the log file
After I'd sent it to you I shut kJams and reopened it and there was no warning, so I looked at Edit Music Store settings and the tracks available showed up (I didn't try buying any because I didn't have the time, but the DJ that's in this afternoon might have a go at buying a track

I think I've found the solution.
I had the same problem last night and I noticed that the internet was off, after turning the internet on I still had the problem so I shut kJams and reopened it and the tracks available to buy appeared.
The internet at the venue where I origanaly had the problem has to be signed into every-time I turn the computer on, kJams opens automatically before the internet is on.
I'm working at that venue today so I'll see if that resolves it, If it does I'll change the prefs to stop kJams opening before the internets signed into and I'll let you know the results
