Newest Windows Version crashing before even opening

Feel free to post bug reports here. I need exact, detailed steps showing me how I can re-create the bug on my machine, so give as much info and detail as possible.

Newest Windows Version crashing before even opening

I have the lasted update of the windows version of kjams and it keeps crashing before opening. i tried to repair it and it still won't open. i'd try to remove and reload but i'm concerned that'll get rid of my library and i'll have to start from scratch. if i open the installer choose remove, and then try to reinstall will i have to redo the library?? If so is there an update comming soon that'll work??
