Apple-(letter) Functions

Hi Dave,

Is there any way you can add apple-(letter/symbol) functionality to some more of the menu features? I have found that I have been using the "Artist name Last,First" and also "Capital Case" and some of the other Advanced menu functions quite a bit and it would be so much easier to use an apple-function for this instead of the dropdown menu. Oh...and for those newer converts, the "command" key USED to be known as the "apple" key...old dogs with old habits die hard.
