Just as an update, I bought the Tom Waits song from iTunes store and am very happy with how it's worked out in Tune Prompter, I'd prefer the ability to fine tune the timing some more, but it's very useable and sounds great. Thanks.
I've yet to try getting it into Producer yet, I'm assuming that's where I can add a title screen to it.

After much searching, there is a backing track available if you wanted to make it yourself. It is Karaoke Planet vol 48.

You can also fine tune the lyric timing in Producer, or several other CDG authoring apps.
But yes, you can add title, intro, and outro screens from within Producer.

As far as I can tell, except for one REALLY awful MIDI version, no karaoke version of that track exists.
