Upon starting the program, I am getting an error "Duplicate File Name" and then it says "Error renaming Song" It has created many duplicate song names of one particular song in my library. What is causing this and what Can I do to remedy it?

Is anyone experiencing problems with purchases? I had my Credit Card info stored and All of a sudden, an error came up stating I was not connected to the server or maybe added the Credit Card information incorrectly. I re-added the information several times and I am still experiencing the same error...

When I purchased a song from Karaoke Locker, it is loading two files of the same song. (m4v and mp4) and when it is naming them, I am getting a error stating that "there is an error naming them, Duplicate file name"

I incorrectly typed in a Singer's name wrong in a Rotation. And When I tried to edit it via Get Info, A popup box came up stating something about needing a password. What was the cause of this?

What is the purpose of having the LAME Encoder installed? I had an "Assert Fail" error when I was fixing some Meta Data, and the program crashed. Your suggestion was to download the encoder. But Is it possible to run Kjams without having to install this?

Dave I am gettin this error very frequently. What seems to be the problem? Help!
