new bug with r10 - "Add to Library..." not working
As of version r10, "Add to Library..." is not working now when you try to add mp3/cdg files to the library from an external folder outside the kJams music folder. kJams gives an error that it can't add to the library music that is already in the kJams music folder (even though it is outside the musi...

This problem is repeatable, and I know about troubleshooting but this is not making any sense to me. Here's what is happening: I start with a tota...

okay, that's probably what happened ... because I already trashed every relative file to kJams (except the SN file) and couldn't figure out why it still wouldn't play. didn't know that changing the meta was a no-no because of the bug. so it's the music files that are corrupt, so to speak (even thoug...

Can you just tell me all the files that kJams installs and creates so that I can simply trash them all and install kJams fresh? Does kJams access a system level database that could've gotten corrupted and if so is there a way I can flush it? I have no problem recreating my library, it's just that wh...

How to play iTunes tunes in kJams?
How do you play iTunes songs from within kJams? I thought maybe the smart playlist would access iTunes songs, but I suppose that's for karaoke songs where the mp3 part esists in iTunes. I crash whenever I try to add just an mp3 or mp4 (aac) to the library. The KJ I'm helping out needs to play both k...

extracting tracks from non CD+G drives?
Trying to help a computer illeterate KJ go with a Mac solution instead of PC and am very excited about kJams. I read on another site that even if your CD drive does not support the CD+G format, that you can usually extract the tracks to your hard disc through a CD burning program. I'm sure the site ...
