Re: r25 reading all kJams Music folder files as corrupt
Fixed, thanks to much effort and patience from Dave. Rarely has anyone I've seen been this diligent in working with a released product. Excellent work, as always!

r25 reading all kJams Music folder files as corrupt
Hi. Like most of us that have opened kJams in the last 24 hours or so, I updated to r25. However, my r25 was doing something quite strange. It refused to play any .zip files in my kJams Music folder. No matter what disc it had come from, every single file I tried to play (and I tried about 20 of the...

Updating to d50r16
OK, so the copy of kJams Lite that I have auto-updated to d50r16 when I opened it -- or I should say it told me the update was out there and I downloaded it as usual. No problem there. However, at least on my machine, kJams doesn't store my serial numbers for kJams Lite and the burner plugin after I...

Re: Which Karaoke Companies do you recomend or prefer
I'm not a KJ, just a singer who likes to BS and have fun 8) and who bought kJams Lite about 6 months ago. Actually, I find something to like about just about every manufacturer I've come across. DK songs can be a pain in the ass with the whistle tone and recording many of their songs in more 'singab...

Thanks Dave!
Not a big deal here...just wanted to be another person to thank you for this GREAT thing you dubbed kJams. I've had it for a while but just used the built-in Tricerasoft store. GREAT idea, just like the iTunes music store. It mystifies me that other manufacturers of similar apps for Windozzzzzzzze h...

Re: Burning songs w/pitch shifting intact
LOL. Sorry to puzzle ya like that. What can I say? I'm special. I completely forgot about the cache. No, I wanted to at least give this a shot before I play this on anything sophisticated...and I almost deep-sixed that. Duhhhh.

Re: Burning songs w/pitch shifting intact
Problem solved. Just for laughs, I decided to try playing the 2 most recent copies of that song (and others I was trying to bend) in iTunes. Lo and behold, they WERE bent when played there, to my surprise. I then opened up kJams again and the discs are now playing in there with their respective bend...

Re: Burning songs w/pitch shifting intact
Sorry about not replying last night. Posting in this thread was the last thing I did before going to bed. Damned 60-hour weeks...<grumble> Anyway, I'm 100% sure the DK songs I have are not pitch-bent after I burn them. I have burned 3 or 4 copies of them to be sure. They also will not bend regardles...

Re: Burning songs w/pitch shifting intact
Email sent. I also included a song that WILL burn bent for comparison's sake.

Re: Burning songs w/pitch shifting intact
Thanks again in advance for having a go of it. As I mentioned, great product! I'm really liking it a lot. One other thing worth noting: I tried pitch-bends of songs from some other brands I have and they seem to burn OK, with the pitch bends intact. It seems to be only DK discs that won't do this. E...

Burning songs w/pitch shifting intact
Hi, people. After fooling around with the trial version of kJams Lite for a while, I registered it earlier today and also bought the burner plugin. I have to say, so far, I'm impressed with their reliability and functionality -- much better than similar Windozzzzzze products I've used. No shock ther...
